The only reason I gave them a one, is because you cannot give a zero or negative number. My 1977 Bronco has been there for 9 months for a new alternator I was asked to buy. He is now telling me he does not know how to fix my truck, after all this time. In addition, the roof is smashed and he is stating he has no idea how it happened and taking no responsibility for it. Bill and his guys are honest and fair. They installed a 4inch lift on my Ram1500 as well as an exhaust system. In addition to that, they’ve helped me multiple times with miscellaneous odds and ends. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle and I will recommend anyone I know to stop by W&W Auto & Truck repair.
