I was so lucky to come across this new Gym in Windsor. Every year I'm in Santa Rosa for my husband's hockey tournament and I look for somewhere to get a good workout. From my understanding they are relatively new and have started offering circuit training classes in the morning. They take drop ins! So I was able to easily reserve/pay for classes online.
