After a bad experience with a previous insurance company, I reached out to this agency to see about switching our coverage. Brittany is so friendly and made the process easier than I thought possible. Everything was taken care of within a day and I was advised of what steps I needed to take to finish things up with the previous company. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new agent.
Very disappointed in this company and the service. I have been a customer for decades. I requested a return call from Mr. Jennings several weeks ago and have called several times since. No response. I am to assume that he is too busy or doesn’t value his customers. Either way, I will be finding another agent.
Been with JT Jennings for 21 years and never had a problem but some of the newer people there are insufferable and condescending (Medows). Shopped around and found better coverage for $60 less a month. Canceling tomorrow.
