I had an amazing experience with W.T. Hight Company! I purchased casters for my equipment, and the quality was outstanding-sturdy, reliable, and exactly what I needed. The customer service was top-notch; they were incredibly patient and walked me through the entire process to ensure I got the right fit. Highly recommended.
Great customer service and casters!
Long story short, we purchased an under-counter freezer that was too tall and needed the casters taken off. However, I had no idea how to do that so a quick Google led me to W.T. Hight and the customer representative, Lemuga, was super patient and walked me through the process! Although we didn't purchase anything this time, their customer service was wonderful and we will be keeping this company on our radar for all things casters!

If I could give this company zero stars I would but 1 is the minimum. I purchased 4 moving Dollie’s from this company, I was told they were 1,000 lb capacity each. We never had more than 500-600 pounds on them and after 2 months, 2 of them broke and another one has 2 wheels that don’t turn. 3 failed Dollie’s after only 2 months. I was dealing with a person named Dara who told me to send her pictures.
