Dishonest and ripped me off!! I brought my car to WT for a bad transmission. The owner 'Mike' said they don't do rebuilds and wanted to put in a used one. While the car was there I asked him if they could look at the A/C unit because the A/C was not blowing cold. Mike told me the A/C was at no charge. Since I wanted a rebuild I went to put my car up from W.T. I paid Mike the $95 for looking at the trans. BUT, he then charged me $95 for adding A/C refrigerant. First Class I used WT auto body for repairs to my Nissan Maxima. I couldn't be happier with the results! Their repair estimate was less than two other shops and the quality of the body work and paint was excellent. David Kang handled the repair from start to finish and was very professional. The repair took about half the time I was expecting and the car was delivered to me cleaned inside and out! I highly recommend this shop.
Great body shop, but questionable service shop I originally gave W.T. a 5-star rating--and based solely on my own experiences with the body shop, I probably still would. However, after my boyfriend took his car there for repair service (based on my rave reviews), I almost feel like I was deceived. I have begun to doubt my own judgment, and I have come to question the ethics, knowledge, and experience of the service shop.
