Beautiful hotel, great staff, really good breakfast.i was celebrating my birthday and this was the first hotel I stayed at. Ria checked me in and gifted me with some favorable candy. Jim/James had to come fix my tv and for my issues he gifted me with a beverage coupon. Breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of options. Very nice service with a good view
We loved our stay but we booked for our children to use the facilities. Unfortunately we were told last minute at the pool door that children were not allowed to use it on Sundays from 12-5pm. We were squashed like sardines in the indoor pool instead with no where to sit and the voices of children echoing loudly. It is important to let families know about this rule prior to booking by having the information available. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The he breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean.
