Beautiful building
Service TERRIBLE. They do not know how to communicate efficiently with the people staying there. Room was great- we stayed in a studio. One of the other rooms for my sister’s air conditioning did not work. They had to switch rooms at 12 am. They’re so not smart here it does not deserve the title of a W hotel. Also location HORRIFIC.

We stayed for a rare kid free night away for Jimmy Carr. I thought i'd treat my wife to a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and well presented. The electronic tpuch pad system to control the lights, blinds etc within the room was confusing and needlessly complicated. Simply turning on a light became an effort trying to work out which master button needed to be on etc. The biggest gripe we has was the lack of lighting. Incredible hotel. The higher floors have great views and the rooftop pool is sensational.
