Outright lies to his patients. Probably not the best idea to lie in front of someone who is a medic and knows what you’re telling the patient is wrong.
I was working with a specialists office to get an MRI for a serious back issue. After 13 weeks of appeals and nonsense, I went and saw Dr. Keigwin (my primary care physician). He and I worked together to get the documentation properly done and I was able to get the MRI in 2 days. I have great success with Dr. Keigwin and fine him to be a genuinely great doctor with a lot of common sense. Nothing bad to say!
Several years ago I worked in Dr. Keigwin's office. I'm happy to say that he is now my physician. His knowledge,professionalism, and bedside manner are exactly what you would hope for in a PCP. He is very thorough and will strive to find the root cause of any medical concerns(or refer you to a specialist,if necessary) before treating with drugs if possible. His entire staff is well trained and competent.
