This review goes for Josie Bigornia she is a hairstylist in this salon in the Rocklin location. If I could give this lady 0 stars I would because she is not a profesional what so ever. I contacted her for a bayalage sent her pics of what I wanted and she agreed she could do it we agreed on $255 when I get there she said she could not cause my base was darker so she did my hair so half fast and it looked like all she did was a toner.
