Flew into town for the weekend last month and W Salon happened to have an opening for a cut & highlight. Now that I’m back in NC, people have been asking where I go so they can get their hair done as well and I have to admit it’s several states away. Had a great experience and love the highlights especially!
They employees are really friendly, and amazing people work there!
I've been a client of the W Salon for almost ten years and love it there so much. Honestly, I dont think I would ever go anywhere else. I left a glowing review for Ava a few years ago, but she deserves an updated review. She is a coloring goddess, and recently gave me the most perfect "head-turning" blonde highlights. W Salon is the best; the location is great, the receptionists are very pleasant, the stylists are highly skilled, and it makes my day when I get to see their dogs there! I've gotten my hair cut by Brooke and Olivia and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend W salon to anyone.
I had a disappointing experience at W Salon. I came in with a clear reference photo for a deep, cool-toned violet and was told we’d be using a color remover on my previously colored hair. There was very little consultation, and it felt like my stylist made assumptions about what I wanted.
