There are plenty of good salons in Rochester — this just isn’t one of them. I went here last year while pregnant, had a bad experience with a stylist who ignored my request not to cut layers, and left me covered in hair. I left an honest 1-star review after no one ever called me back. A year later, I decided to give them another chance. I booked online — and the next morning they called me just to cancel, saying they “have no business with me” because of that old 1-star review.
