I booked a 4:30pm appointment and waited around 40 minutes before the service started. I had another appointment afterwards, and the delay caused me to miss my bus and affected my schedule. The pricing was also unclear. I booked the $80 option online, but was told in store that it only included wash and blow dry, not cutting, and that the actual price would be $90. This was not clearly communicated before the appointment. Overall, the service felt disorganised, and this experience was somewhat frustrating.

I had an amazing experience at this salon and couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was offered coffee and cookies while I waited, which was such a lovely touch. The hair wash was so relaxing and thorough—it lasted around 20 minutes and honestly felt like a spa treatment. I’ve tried coming here a few times - I find that it is quite hit and miss. My most recent time, which has made it officially my last is due to the experience and customer service received. My hairstylist was running late to my appointment, it’s fine it happens. I then showed him photos of what I was after; I had curtain bangs and wanted to make it full micro bangs. I had an appointment booked at a specific time, but the salon changed it without properly informing me. This caused inconvenience to my schedule. Not very professional — I wouldn’t recommend if you value your time.
