Deeson was amazing. He’s the first hairdresser I’ve seen cut my hair with so much precision. It was a great experience and he event stayed back after the salon closed because he was doing my hair. Very kind, polite, and did what I asked.
The front desk service was genuinely warm they even asked which language I preferred, which made the experience feel very considerate. The barber’s technique was reliable and I was happy with the final cut. Pricing leans slightly high, but still fair for the area.My only suggestion would be the interior: the shop is actually quite spacious inside, but the decor feels dated, the flooring （material）could be cleaner, and the lighting isn’t the most flattering. bad service
honestly this place is really passive agressive and mean in terms of sorting issues with hair out. i got RED chunky highlights but it faded within the first 3 washes all the way to platinum blonde, and they blamed me for not using shampoo correctly when they weren’t giving me any direction or guidance after doing my hair. I left it for 3 days and then i washed it btw. I'm just visiting Sydney so I wanted to treat myself to a simple wash and blow dry so I booked at W Salon as they're close to my hotel and they exceeded my expectations!!! Amazing customer service, so caring and I loved the experience of getting my hair washed and getting their hair treatment, it felt more like a day spa than a regular hair salon.
