honestly this place is really passive agressive and mean in terms of sorting issues with hair out. i got RED chunky highlights but it faded within the first 3 washes all the way to platinum blonde, and they blamed me for not using shampoo correctly when they weren’t giving me any direction or guidance after doing my hair. I left it for 3 days and then i washed it btw. I'm just visiting Sydney so I wanted to treat myself to a simple wash and blow dry so I booked at W Salon as they're close to my hotel and they exceeded my expectations!!! Amazing customer service, so caring and I loved the experience of getting my hair washed and getting their hair treatment, it felt more like a day spa than a regular hair salon. I stopped by today and made a booking, and I couldn't be happier with my hair and the fabulous service! I walked out with exactly what I wanted.
It was a great first experience with Jasper, the communication, hospitality and friendliness was amazing. He helped greatly with consulting my next hair goals and gave incredible tips, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with his decisions. Will absolutely come back again 🌟🌟
I walked in for just a consultation kept telling the lady serving me 3 - 5 times that my hair was not bleached it was coloured from a previous hairdresser (someone i know personally), the lady insulted me telling me it was a bad mess and it wasnt a nice colour also she was saying she would do a better job..... all I wanted was the colour to be done so its is all even and then get platinum highlights or something told me it cant be done so i asked for her oppinion and she says you choose and pick i wanted to face palm my face... read more
