DO NOT HIRE. Rude, condescending, inappropriate and unhelpful. Scolded me for asking a legitimate question about my issue - "do you know what may of caused it?", "NO! I'M NOT A MAGICIAN! IT COULD BE ANYTHING!" He only pulled his head in slightly after I gave him a taste of his own medicine. $140 call out fee to experience THE WORST customer service ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. This tradie was extremely rude, discourteous, and condescending from the moment he arrived. He came to our home and treated both my wife and me with complete disrespect — raising his voice at her and speaking down to us in a way that was both shocking and unprofessional. Not only did he fail to do the job he was hired for, but he also charged $115 and simply walked away without completing any work. Not sure how this man has been in business for 40 years … absolutely shocking customer service. Very rude , arrogant & condescending . He barely looked at the fridge , told me it was fine & that if I couldn’t hear the humming indicating that the fridge was on & working that I needed my ears checked . He didn’t check gas or do any kind of service and then insisted I pay the call out fee of $95 immediately . He is a fraud does not know anything about repair . Don’t ever call him for repair .
