I had an interaction with 2 employees.. I have not used their services- I was in the local Tractor Supply parking lot in Hereford Tx when one of their trucks pulled up beside me. They get out of their truck and one of them walks over and immediately grab my huge bag of dog food from my cart, asked if I wanted it in the bed and set it in the back of my truck for me without me even asking for help- which I could have done myself but was grateful for the help- and told me to have a nice day!
