Purchased our new home in 2019, had problems with the roof they would not do anything because it was after the year, contacted the roof Manufacturer, filled a claim and the roof was defective and paid towards its replacement (was impressed). Purchased a home with them a few years ago. No structural warranty was offered. Wish I would have paid more attention at the time. All builders should offer that option.
