Whilst in Portadown I decided to nip to this store to purchase a battery and have it inserted in my key fob only to be told by the guy behind the counter, ‘we can sell you a battery but we don’t have time to fit it for you’ ‘we don’t do that’ it’s not like I was asking for a full car service’, there was no one else in the shop and 2 staff behind the counter, I felt that this was disgraceful customer service, I would add that other motor factor shops do not hesitate to fit these for you and this was the case when I went to an... read more
