This auto shop don’t know what they talking about went on Saturday at 7am to get a Kia soul 2014 knock sensor fix it’s a 4hr job they call me to approve the job I approved and when I got there they was telling me that what knock sensor wasn’t the issue when clearly the code reader was showing knock sensor. They still didn’t fix it and was telling me the issue was with something else charging me $2000 for the work and labor.
