The office was very clean organized and the dr and nurse practitioner took time to listen to my wife and me about what was going on with her thank you ?? all for listening to us wait time was not long at all ??
Doctor McGehee is the best gastroenterologist I have ever been to. He has been my doctor for over 27 years and I would not even consider going to anyone else. If you have the good fortune of being his patient you're one of the lucky ones. He is great, caring and your health is his priority. His staff is a 5 star as well. They are always caring and they are awesome.
GREAT DOCTOR!! I sought out a New Gastroenterologist and found Dr. Mcgehee ---He was patient and Listened to my concerns, He seemed caring and answered my questions AND had a solution ---a Game plan -somewhere to go from here :-) after spending YEARS with the WRONG doctor and No Answers --I'm THRILLED With Dr. Mcgehee ! I waited for two hours to see him in an extremely old and outdated office space. Staff and doctors were loud and discussed patient charts where those waiting could hear. They chart on paper and using dictation which he made me sit in there while he did all his charting, wasting my time even further. I feel he did not really try to get to the root of my reason for the visit, was not through in his questioning and sent me with a list of items to get from a drugstore Overall an extremely poor visit
Did not want to send me for diagnostic test even though I had a condition that warranted it. I had to INSIST! The test did find that I had a medical condition that required surgery. He brushed my concerns aside, really did not even listen. If you see him, I hope he takes your concerns seriously. Good luck you will definitely need it. I would not recommend Dr McGehee to anyone.
