Perfect location for a short trip to the Broadway and Times Square area
Here for a work and his hotel has definitely seen better days. Service and lobby were great, but room was really lacking. My rooms end tables and some furniture had clearly been removed and felt empty as I could see the holes and where it was in pictures. The bathroom had loose floor tiles, and room was noisy both from the hallway and the street despite being on the 55th story. Wrecked my vehicle during my second stay, mediocre customer service for a high line hotel. As a 700+ night lifetime member, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
