Ken is so rough. I thought I was on punk’d cause he was literally beating my hands with the duster and was pushing my hands away so roughly I thought he was angry with me and even caused the towel to fall on me and I got nail powder on my pants. He cut my nails down so short without asking or showing me what he was doing to the pout it defeated the purpose of even getting extensions. Will not be returning as Antoine didn't like me talking to the other tech. He actually raised his voice and told me to go to someone else . So much for trying to have a little fun Was shocked as I've been going there for many years
