W Motors was a complete disappointment! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It was a total waste of time and money, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. Reply: It’s NOT uncommon for auto shop businesses to respond to negative reviews by questioning who the customer is or what vehicle they drove. They are my go-to vw shop. I am glad my vehicle broke down nearby and found a top-notch garage with knowledgeable staff that know volkswagons. I plan to do all my maintenance there from now on
W Motors is the mechanic for my 1991 VW Westfalia. I haven't found another option anywhere nearly is good in the Interior where I live. This week Yogi and Cartet did a full tune up and the van is running beautifully. Complementary fixing of the steering wheel upholstery is much appreciated! Thanks!
