W Motors was a complete disappointment! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It was a total waste of time and money, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. Reply: It’s NOT uncommon for auto shop businesses to respond to negative reviews by questioning who the customer is or what vehicle they drove. I have been coming here for years, and I will continue to. never charged for more than you expected unless they Phone you and let you know that something else is mandatory to fix, they will only tell you that if it’s absolutely true. Excellent workmanship.
