Used these guys several times over the last few years and not once had any of the issues mentioned by other customers. We have had several radiators swapped out, boiler services and recently a bathroom leak fixed. With the bathroom leak they attended within a few hours and because the plumber didn't have the exact parts needed, another went out and got them for him, delivering said parts to our house within an hour. Communication awful! 1 star is too much. My husband emailed the first time and we was ignored and no one got back to him after they said they would, tried again a few months later, eventually got a response and asked for them to come and quote for a few minor plumbing jobs plus a bathroom refit. A bloke came to measure, it was slap dash. No one ever sent the quote. Very very very disappointed. If there was the option to pick zero stars, I would have. We just spend nearly 4k renovating the kids bathroom and changing 3 other taps and I am sad each time I go in their bathroom! It is not even 24 hrs old yet! Absolutely regret using W Midgley plumbing. Bad finishing, poor communication, didn't meet my expectations at all. WILL NOT RECOMMEND! Will came and looked at our leak at 9pm. Which is was nice and didnt charge us. He them came back next day to try and fix. He charged 500£ however he DID NOT fix the leak. Its still leaking. He said hed come back with a sealant for a pipe but 75 calls later he still has not once called back or returned. We called yorkshire water who ater 6h of diagnostic work told us where the leak is.
