First company after about 5 that not only called back, but was in withen a few days and had my issues fixed and back up and running in no time explaining what they were doing on the way

We had smoke alarms installed on March 26, 2024. Just recently one of them was starting to chirp so a guy came out and spent less than 2 minutes in my home. I was charged 115 dollars for that even though I had a 12 month warranty that doesn't involve battery replacements. I was told I had to contact the manufacturer. I paid the bill but I will never use these guys again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or family. I understand that people don't work for free but that's one hell of an hourly wage.
