I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and frankly inhumane behavior of the receptionist at Dr. Wolski’s sleep clinic in Mississauga. From the very beginning, I was met with unnecessary hostility, condescension, and a complete lack of basic courtesy or empathy. In a medical setting—especially one dealing with vulnerable patients suffering from sleep disorders—this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Worst clinic I've ever been to. The receptionist is rude, condescending, and treats patients like garbage. She has no manners. Dr is fine but I'm forced to request a new specialist because the receptionist makes it impossible to deal with this clinic. Run as far as possible.
If I could give this a negative 100 rating I would. If you have been referred here, run. Run as far away as you can and find another doctor. The doctor here is not bad, but having to deal with the lady at the front office is a nightmare. No humanity or consideration at all. As a patient, you are completely powerless and you will be bullied.
Dr. Wolski is an amazing dr. He was very professional and polite, but his receptionist is awful, mean and condescending. Receptionist will not book app. according to your availability. She will tell you what day and time the appointment is for, and if for some reason it doesn’t for for you, she will tell you how someone just cancelled and it’s the only spot available or you have to wait 6month. Only to call another client and say the exact same thing! While I waited in a waiting room she did that 4 times!
