QUALITY SERVICE!!! My fiancé and I went here to get custom wedding bands made (that would match my engagement ring). We received good advice during our initial visit and left feeling very confident that the bands would turn out really well. I'm happy to report that our instinct was right! My mother had a ring designed for me here and it turned out beautifully. Richard has been very helpful throughout the years with maintaining and repairing it to keep it beautiful. He has also done fantastic work for my stepdad to give to my mom. We have all been very pleased with his custom designs and his helpful support.

Edit to add a response back- Spaman Jeweller's response back is a complete lie. I was there with my husband and know that payment terms, due dates, late fees, and interest was NEVER explained! The contract did not state any monthly due dates nor did it state that interest would start right away! There was definitely no transparency! The jeweller was adding fees and interest without telling us. We did not receive any receipts for our payments. Regarding this jeweller's personality- he is arrogant and likes to brag about everything he owns. He needs to learn what humility means. Regarding this jeweller's business ethic- he went against his own contract and charged me more than what the contract stated. It stated interest would start after the due date but he was actually charging me interest for months without telling me during those months. Spaman does a fantastic job! I had my ring resized and cleaned and it looks and fits a million times better. I’m so happy I choose them to do it! Richard goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. It really shows just how much he loves doing it! I will definitely be going back.
