This company has let me us down considerably. We ordered a new AC as part of our new home build a year in advance of needing it. When the time came to install they first claimed that they had a shortage of technicians to do the work, then later claimed the issue was a shortage of inventory because of the tariffs. When I phoned them up to discuss this they were very curt and evasive, basically hanging the phone up on me. Now we are heading into summer with no AC despite having ordered it a year before.
Poor experience with WM Schmidt regarding HVAC installation WM Schmidt installed the HVAC system in my newly built home. I had concerns about the HRV system not working properly and contacted them multiple times, but they kept telling me "it's normal" and never came to inspect it. Thankfully, another contractor I hired discovered that the HRV had been installed incorrectly from the beginning and fixed the issue. They were really quick to respond and fixed our furnace issues within our warranty.
Helped us with an issue overnight in -30 got back to us within 20 minutes.
I had a leak in my ceiling and was advised by another plumbing company they would have to open my ceiling. I contacted WM Schmidt for a second opinion. Pete came out and assessed the leak and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue without opening my ceiling or walls and creating unnecessary additional costs.
