Poor customer service!! My HRV system is not working from last one month and these guys are not fixing it . I have 5 year warrantee and Tried calling them everyday and they are not even responding back . In this cold weather water is dripping from my windows and have called them so many times , still no clue what they are doing!!
Our furnance failed couple days ago and the house was like a giant fridge. We phoned for help and Riley came to the rescue on the same day. He replaced a board in no time and our house is now warm again. And the fee they charged was very reasonable. Thank you so much, Riley!

Exceptional service and great to deal with. After initially dealing with a different company who tried to diagnose a furnace problem, I was told my 8 year old furnace couldn't be fixed and would need to be replaced. I then called WM Schmidt for a 2nd opinion. Quinton and Dave were knowledgeable and honest. Dave properly diagnosed the problem, and it ended up being a simple fix, covered by warranty. I used W M Schmidt to do my first furnace inspection since I purchased a new home and they were amazing. The service technician was highly professional and efficient and took the time to explain everything to me during the inspection. The service charge was extremely reasonable. I also found that the company overall is very well organized and prompt. I phoned them on a Friday and they were able to do the inspection on the following Monday. I highly recommend this company.
