Most useless oil company ever. Put a priority express delivery through on Friday morning, paying the extra £15 on top of already paying for the heating oil for it to be delivered on Saturday. No one phoned and no one showed up. Called lorimer fuels 10 minutes before they “closed” but apparently they decided to close already. Sent an email to complain about the service and query about what was happening, still didn’t get a reply until I had to phone them. Whoever answered was useless.
