I called them about some work because they are doing some work for a neighbor, and they said they they needed to talk to the owner and would get back to me, and then didn’t. I called them again, and they said they would get back to me, and didn’t. Apparently they don't need the business.

Probably the most ethical home service company I have ever transacted with. They came out to look at an outlet, ended up being a tripped GFCI in the half bathroom. They didn’t try to upcharge five different outlets or anything, just told us the problem and were on their way. Nice people, they left and I almost wish they charged me more.

I have had Donnie & crew install several lights for my design clients and have been very happy. The communication is great from the office as well. I plan on using them for all of my design jobs in the area.
