Open a couple months now. Very nice, but I question the expense of replacing these two rest areas while MANY bridges are in desperate need of repair? Sounds like priorities are mixed up, and probably a politician got himself some federal funds for his district? Note, highway signs, both north and southbound, show these rest areas are closed, while obviously they are open. Finally, need some quality control on the parking lot striping. Couple months in service and already degrading?
