Used them in 2016 for my bachelorette and wedding, and they were phenomenal. We ran late and had to change a few things (not recommended lol) and they were so accommodating! Will use them this year again for a bachelorette party and have referred friends because of their pricing and professionalism.
Terrible customer service. I booked a one way limo online last week for my best friends bachelorette party. This morning I woke up to a cancellation email. I called customer service and he said "I don't know why it let you book, we have no vehicles available". That was it. No apology or offer to help me find something else. This leaves me extremely stressed trying to find a ride with less than a week to go.
WORST SERVICE!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM. Our driver did not even know how to operate the doors. He left all the groomsmen and three piece suit standing in 90° weather outside while it took him 10 minutes to learn how to operate the doors. Then the driver shut the door on one of our guests. He made no efforts in showing the bridal party how to use any of the controls on the bus at all. No music no comfort nothing. The way that this company handles business was the ultimate buzz kill on my best friend's wedding day. She expressed her exact needs to this company. They sent her the itinerary and a contract that, by the way ,didn't even have an end time. Come the big day, we were threatened to be left at the church because they had another wedding to go to.
