Stephen provided solid legal service during my real estate transaction, and I initially felt I was in good hands. Damn expensive not recommended at all. They overcharged more than 2 times! Being a small business, do not work with these folks. Use ChatGPT; it will get you very close to the finish line. When the time comes, hire a lawyer who is not working with a greedy Law firm. I can understand WLaw needs to pay rent and commissions, but come on, don't lie to clients that it will cost $4,500 and then charge them over $10,000.
