Antics. I am 5 minutes from them and have $1000 in meat thawing out in my freezer that needs a simple relay they have in stock. but they won’t let me pick up the part from them. Instead will ship it. “Corporate policy” news flash… when you sell parts for freezers they are often needed right now! Not tomorrow. Whoever’s idea this was should be fired.

Its been great to have WL May here in Vancouver… as it used to be a long bike ride or a painful traffic congested drive to the old Portland location.
