Great Resource – I have used these guys several times and they are always very helpful. THey usually have parts that can only be purchased from dealers. I have never had a problem with the staff - they are very kind and helpful.
Poor support, high prices. Not recommended. – Gave them a specific (correct) GE part number and was told the OEM part they substituted would work. Was charged a 20% restocking fee to return it (unopened) when it didn't. They flatly refused to waive the fee. Prices are very high: even with the lost 20% and shipping from a remote source I saved significantly by going somewhere else.
