They were the construction company for the condominium complex I lived in many years ago in Sunnyvale. I moved in when it was new, and within a few years, a bunch of the deck railings ran into serious dry rot issues (I think because they placed untreated wood right up against treated wood). Review for 926 Woodside. Let's just say I can't wait for my lease at my studio apt to be over.... By far the worst management I have ever dealt with. If you like to deal with loud neighbors, pet owners who enables their dogs to pee all over the property including stairways (even though they have a designated area for dogs) and a busy road, this place is for you. If you like to live in a place where managment is unresponsive, this place is for you. If you like the maintenance crew coming into your apartment without informing,... read more
