I held myself from writing this alot and waited for anything good to happen. My experience... not too great. 1st visit: Dr carbones response was "I am a surgeon and there's nothing to perform surgery on. Just do therapy for 3 months". Fair enough but let me be seen by someone else that can diagnose, evaluate and discuss my next options and if there aren't any fix then let me know? 2nd visit: Worse, extremely demotivating. In 79 years of seeing doctors, Dr. Karl Mueller is the best I've seen or heard of. Saved my life recently.
Dr cancelled two appointments on me because he was on call at the hospital less than a block away from his office. His staff also lied to the office manager and the hospital saying I was a no show when they had cancelled the appointment for post op due to his call at the hospital within a block of his office. The staff also tried to make me leave stiches in my surgery hand for 6 weeks after my surgery advisising my appointment was cancelled for May and I could wait another month to get my stiches out. I had surgery at this facility. Was taken back 2 hours after my scheduled arrival. Nursing staff tried to prevent me from leaving by driving although dr had told me that i could drive and I only had local numming. After the surgery instructions were not clear and doctor and his office refused to provide followup care due to his call schedule. Exceptional Care was given by all my nurses. Especially my cardiology nurses KarenRN and Haylee CNA and the night Staff. I would recommend this Hospital to everyone I know.
