Dr. Kao was incredibly kind and attentive. She explained the entire process to me and broke it down so that it was easy to understand. She took the time to answer my many questions and concerns and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. She thoroughly explained her rationale and the different options that were available for my problem areas. The office staff was equally warm and wonderful. Scheduling was easy and the wait time was good. It was an excellent experience overall!

Whitney the M.A was very very rude and showed her frustration to our questions while still in the room with us. Also i scheduled my appointment with Dr. Wee Kao and instead had a male doctor perform my exam and when needed brought the doctor i scheduled with into the room. This place seems like its just worried about getting paid and not the actual care of the patient.
Just an excellent visit. Dr. Kao helped me understand what is and what is not happening with my airways. She even helped me get a game plan together for moving forward. I felt listened to as she patiently answered my questions.
