I contacted him by phone and text messages to arrange the return, but I have not received any response for several weeks. The transmission completely failed and the vehicle will not move. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry from this dealer. When I inspected the car, it had a noticeable whining noise. The dealer told me the noise was normal and that he personally guaranteed a 2-month powertrain warranty. Within 10 days, the transmission failed. When I contacted him, he told me to disconnect the battery to “fix” it, but the transmission failed completely. After that, he stopped responding.
