Great customer service and quick to respond to questions and service calls. But service guys were at my house for maybe 10 minutes, did not fix my heater (I reset the breaker before they got to my house which fixed it), and seemed more interested in playing with my dog for most of the time here. Still charged me $100 for a cleaning and service fee in town.
