Jared is simply the best. I look forward to working with him every time I get boulders/ basalt benches/ specialty cobble on a project. Deliveries are on point, ordering is smooth, and accounting is always accurate. With large orders and a lot of tags and invoices, it can get confusing unless it's Johnson Rock. They keep perfect records, which is huge in the public works field. Thanks Jared!

I am enthused about this place! The Johnson family employees are all very friendly, kind, and helpful. They are always going beyond what is necessary. I needed a rush delivery on a Friday to have my stones ready to go on Monday morning. Since they don't deliver on weekends, they offered to squeeze my delivery in at the end of the day, even though it would be dark when the driver unloaded the pallets. Then, when I was leaving, like a goof, I drove my truck into a culvert, and they used a heavy piece of equipment to pull me ou... read more

Very nice selection of stone at reasonable prices. We were there on Friday and went back on Saturday to buy more if the beautiful Montana cobblestone. The yard was open, but no one was there. We waited around for 45 minutes but no one showed up.
