We had a horrible experience taking my stepson (who does not share my last name) here.
I wish I could leave negative stars. This place is a SCAM!!!!!!! My bf went here. Before making the appointment, we had them run his insurance. We were told that the 1st appt. would be $168 for an exam and x-rays and that it would go to insurance. They charged him $400 upfront! Then tried to tell him that to extract ONE tooth it would be $1,350. FOR ONE TOOTH WITH INSURANCE!!!!!!! What a freaking joke.
I called in the morning for tooth pain . They got me in the same day and was able to pull it at the appointment. I was very appreciative of how nice and professional Dr.Battles and his Nurse were !
Went in for a bad tooth ache and left with have 4 pulled! Same day service was absolutely wonderful with very minimal pain afterwards! Highly recommend Dr. Battles and his assistant!
