From start to finish, he handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. My mom is deaf in one ear, and he made sure to adjust his communication so she could hear clearly—small gestures like that made a huge difference. My family chose WJ Smith & Son and were absolutely impressed from our first call to them through the visit to their location, planning process and the day of the funeral. They treated my family with sweetness and compassion, were absolutely professional, careful and provided excellent service and good value for the expenditure on the funeral. Every detail was looked after and my family and I agree, that we would not have changed a single detail. I would not hesitate to utilize them again or to recommend them to others.
