I have been a customer for over forty years. Great company. They have a hands on approach to service not a push button business.
Their service has been exemplary - until last week. Despite being on the auto fill program, I ran out of heating oil. A call to the office revealed that they had not delivered any oil since last March. A delivery of a few gallons to see me through the night would incur a service charge of $78. When I asked why, since it was an oversight on their part that I ran out, they informed me the charge would be for overtime for the driver. I declined and spent the night elsewhere.
