Rick's crew have done two different projects for us and were very professional! Explained everything completely. I would recommend Rick and his crew for anyone!
I called for an after-hour emergency and despite not setting up an appointment or paying a dime, Rick walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and provided some guidance on what the issue may be. He also offered to stop by on his way home since I lived nearby. Ultimately, I was able to get things up and running without them visiting but was very impressed by the level of service offered. Will certainly consider them in the future for any issues I may have.
