Bill was a huge help, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Our brakes had been making increasingly terrible noises for a few hundred miles and we were concerned about the drive back to California. We called on a Thursday afternoon, left a voicemail, and he had us in the next morning. He fixed the problem while we spent the day in the park, and for a fee that was VERY reasonable.
