Super service. Had issues with our greywater system on our rental RV. Within an hour we were on our way, but not after having a nice conversation with Bill and the kids to have played with shop dog Duke
We can’t thank W J Bassett enough for saving our RV trip! We had just started an exciting journey to visit the five national parks in Utah, renting a large RV from Indie Campers. On our very first night, while staying at Watchman Campground in Zion, the water suddenly stopped working in our RV — not ideal in the middle of the desert! Bill is awesome. Our van overheated in Zion and we limped it to his place. He met us outside and listened to what we needed, said he’d get it done, and we went and enjoyed the day. The van was a B*tch, he got it done anyways, same day. Was a good deal price-wise, better than anyone else would have done for us. Very appreciative he was there and willing to take us in, woulda been screwed without him. His phone number wasn’t working when we called so we just showed up at a reasonable hour.
