I wish I could attach pictures of the carpet area that meets the wall in all 3 rooms. I'm not sure if he did the stairs because of the area that meets the wall is still dirty. I was disappointed before 1 other time but he didn't care to hear it so I tried him again in a different house. I feel there is no sense to call due to the previous reaction.
