Fantastic service. I’m not a plumber, not even very good at diy. But all the toilets in my house had started to leak water constantly. Popped in here and got some great advice from the trade counter guy. They recommend the part I needed and told me how to do it, even though they didn’t supply or stock the particular Ideal Standard flush mechanism. Fortunately they had the seal I needed (cheaper than eBay) and I now have non leaking loos and a happy wife. Plus I learnt something. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.
I am attempting to send an email to track an order and the site will not allow it to send. The number on the web site does not work. I will try once more than I will cancel my order to get my money back.

I took my new bathroom inspiration from Eve, Halmshaws in Hull. The showroom in Goulton St is superb and the best out of all I visited. Eve’s product knowledge, design skills and sense of aesthetics helped me to confidently make the right choices and within budget.
