Nothing is done with any amount of professional integrity with this company. The office staff is RUDE and degrading for no apparent reason. Service is SLOW and unreliable, they make up billing rules as they go. This last time we were told we had to pay our tank rent BEFORE they would dispatch a driver even though the tank rent isn’t even due yet!!! Had w&h come out to do a minimum fill. Some how their driver made the mistake of filling the whole tank. Now I'm stuck with their 1000$ extra I have to pay them because of their drivers mistake. Will never use them again

Since switching to W&H a few years ago I have no regrets. The driver, Bill, is amazing at his job! From communication to friendliness he has always been great to work with!
Terrible customer service! They charge clients for work they tell you they have to do.
