I had such positive experience at the clinic as I undergo my surgery. Everything was top notch from the customer service and the thorough explanation from Dr Ben. I was nervous and anxious while waiting for my surgery but Aunty Lai was very kind and lovely, providing emotional support to ensure that all will be done in no time. This meant alot as I was unsure what to expect. If anything, I would recommend this clinic to my friends and families who are looking for an Obgynae.
I sincerely thank Dr Ben and nurse Ms Lai. Nurse Ms Lai came to check on me again and again before the operation. She was very patient and careful. She also held my hand to comfort me and let me get through the most difficult moment. I am also very grateful to Dr Ben, who is very professional and trustworthy for patients.
