Have been taking my 2 cars there for around 1 year and very recently during a service I was told that I needed to change my brakes within the next 5000km. This tells me I have up to 5000km to change them and beyond this, they will be worn. Now whilst I know they don't own a crystal ball, the brakes went around the 1000km mark during the Christmas holidays whilst down the coast.
