Great location and the service (front desk and restaurant) was better than usual. Was upgraded based on status but unfortunately not able to use the balcony because the sofa and floor were filthy.
The beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the hotel, are great. Sergio was there every day and helped us setup the chairs and umbrella. Always asked us if we needed anything and was helpful. Definitely recommend it.
Loved the chair and umbrella service in the beach. The beach attendant Sergio did an amazing job. He helped us get set up everyday and kept us hydrated. Thank you!
