Very dissatisfied with how I was treated, the lady lied about the price,told me one price and charge me another. The man does not understand what -too hard means-so he rubbed harder. I think they have bedbugs,no joke, my wife and I were so itchy when we left. I wore a black sweater when I got home, it was covered in so many different colored hairs disgusting experience very expensive and frustrating.
I've been going to W Foot Relaxing Spa for over 10 years plus other acupressure spas in Suffolk over this time period. I had a bad experience. I requested a full-body massage but only received a foot and shoulder massage; I didn't even get the full allotted time, as I believe they were understaffed. Furthermore, while I was being massaged, the women were chatting amongst themselves, making it impossible for me to relax. On top of that, they demanded a $20 tip. Worst experience. I've been coming to this place for a very long time. I went in Sunday evening with a gift card from my kids. The man at the counter David took me back. Now I know the routine and he didn't follow it. I kept my mouth shut thinking this will still be good. Normally they massage arms neck and back while feet are soaking. This is not how it happened.
