I purchased these flowers the day before my dad’s birthday, hoping to surprise him the following day since I wouldn’t have time to stop by again. As I was trying a new florist in the area, I had high expectations—especially after such a pleasant experience with the receptionist, who was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
